Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we can only accept returns under specific circumstances.

Subscription Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions and further investigation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for dispatch.
